About me
My approach
I spent the better part of a decade in chronic pain, searching for what conventional treatment hadn't given me: an actual understanding of what the pain was pointing to, not just ways to manage it. Along the way I explored a wide range of bodywork approaches from Thai and osteo, abdominal organs, applied neurology, postural and mobility training. What I found is that the structural body is only where it starts. Osteo-Thai bodywork is a great way to release tension and restore mobility. Underneath that is where dearmoring comes in: undoing knots held for years — old protection, old trauma — and reclaiming places that have gone numb or stayed painful.Pain often reflects a nervous system stuck in survival mode, not just tissue damage. So I also offer a Neural Reset: part therapy, part coaching, using targeted movements and nerve-focused techniques to help shift the nervous system from protective to regulated. Offered as an add-on to bodywork sessions, for anyone dealing with pain, limited mobility, or fatigue.
SOMATIC DEARMORING
Who is this for?
For those ready to release deep emotional holding patterns, trauma and chronic tension stored in the fascia. What is Armor?
We armor ourselves to survive. Every overwhelming fear, grief, or rage that couldn't be felt in the moment settles into our tissue as chronic tension, shallow breath, numbness, or avoidance patterns we repeat without knowing why. The armor does such a good job at protecting us from pain, it also cuts us off from pleasure, aliveness, and a felt sense of our own bodies. What happens in a session?
A dearmoring session works slowly and attentively, using breath, touch, pressure, and sound to meet the places in your body that have been holding on. What surfaces can be physical or emotional release, or simply a deeper capacity to feel and stay present in your own skin. The pace follows what your body is ready for, nothing forced. As you shed layers of armor, what returns is a deeper connection to yourself, a fuller sense of aliveness and pleasure in your body.
A dearmoring session usually last at least 2 hours. Time will always be given for the session to reach completion, and for integration.

Structural Bodywork
OSTEO-THAI MASSAGE
Osteo-Thai integrates osteopathic principles and techniques into Thai massage, combining dynamic Thai bodywork and acupressure with the precise touch of osteopathy. This work blends structural, deep-tissue, and mobility-based approaches to release tension, restore range of motion, and open up the whole body. There's no fixed sequence - each session listens to what your body actually needs that day, and follows it there.
TESTIMONIAL
“He leaves you in charge of yourself the whole time. Nothing gets done to you. He works with your body and follows what it's signaling it's ready for, so you never lose your own authority in it. That's what let me go further than I expected, and stuff I didn't even know I was carrying started to shift and move.
Dearmoring brings you right up against what your body has been holding onto, and you can't get anywhere near that unless you feel safe. I felt safe with him from early on. He has a groundedness to him that let my system settle and start to trust the process.”
